Handwerk is a small bakery that focuses on using ecological raw materials and sourdough. You won’t find industrial yeast in the bakery as all their bread is made using sourdough and their own cultivated train of wild yeast. Handwerk is run by the baker Ernie Padevski and his team in cooperation with Lava Oslo.
Handwerk’s bread contains grains such as svedjerug, einkorn (little-spelt), emmer, Ølandswheat, spelt and buckwheat. Here you’ll find exciting types of bread such as Kegel, Puffen, Kamelåså and Durum.
They also offer sweet sourdough bakery including cardamom, cinnamon, black currant and almond buns. There’s a varied selection of rolls, hamburger buns, ready-made sandwiches and ecological yoghurt, alongside a daily assortment of cookies, muffins and cakes to be bought in slices or whole.
Handwerk provide regular or single deliveries to for large and small businesses.
